Razer naga hex v2 PROBLEM | Razer Insider

Hello. Before about a week or more my mouse (Naga hex V2) started to restart radomly. This can happen once per hour some times and others 2-3 times per 10 minutes. i tried to re-install all razer drivers and software but nothing changed. I noticed that windows updated to version 21H1 recently. I dont know if that is the cause but it is the only thing that changed in my pc these past weeks after my mouse started to do all these crazy restarts.

Please let me know if someone knows any solutions.

Have you tried connecting the device to a different computer and check if the issue is the same? Does the issue happen while Synapse is closed or disabled? Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
