RAZER NAGA issue with keybinds

When using it as an MMO mouse with the 12 buttons on the side my key binds are not working at all. In Synapse i have it set to all the num lock buttons. I have been using this for over a year ago and suddenly giving me problems. and yes my num lock is on so its not that. I tried making a new profile. i tried reinstalling synapse. im clueless what to do here and its frustrating please help

    Does the issue happen after restarting your computer? Log out and log back into your Razer Synapse account and see if it helps. Otherwise, send me a PM including your Razer Synapse logs and mouse serial number, so I can check its details and available updates. I'll be locking this thread now.
