Razer naga lefthanded edition show crp disabld.

Hello Razer Support,

I have a Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition and it appears to be firmware bricked.

Current symptoms:

• Mouse is detected by Windows
• Profile LED is still on
• But:
  • no clicks
  • no cursor movement
  • RGB lights are off

Windows shows:

• LPC MCU IFLASH
• CRP DISABLD (F:)

I already tried:

• Different USB ports (including USB 2.0)
• Different PC
• Reinstalling Razer Synapse
• Hard reset (holding left + right + middle mouse button while plugging in)

The device still enters CRP DISABLD mode.

Could you please provide:

• Official recovery firmware
• Recovery tool
• Or instructions to restore the mouse firmware/bootloader?
