I have been using my razer naga lefthanded (Model RZ01-0341) for some time now.
but suddenly, after unplugging it and replugging it to my pc, it does no longer work.
the pc recognizes a new usb device called “CRP DISABLD” and the “profile” led at the bottom of the mouse is shining in a white-greenish light.
other than that, there is no life-sign of the mouse.
razer synapse is not recognizing any device. complete reinstallation of synapse did not help either. connecting the mouse to another pc shows the same usb device.
please, what do I need to do to get my mouse working again?
