For awhile my Razer Naga Mouse has been unexpectedly cutting off during basically everything such as games, on my Chrome browser, etc. It still registers all buttons on the mouse which includes the LB and RB but the cursor does not move.
Some troubleshooting I've done to try to fix this is:
1. Using a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol to clean the sensor
2. All drivers up to date
3. Synapse is up to date
4. I've disabled all "All the computer to turn off this device to save power" for compatible Universal Serial Bus Controllers
5.I've disabled "Razer Service SDK Service" in the Services App
6. I've swapped the USB port the mouse is plugged into
Any help is appreciated and thank you!

You most likely have a faulty sensor. Test it on another PC and let me know if you get the same results so we can look into other possible solutions.
