Razer Naga Mouse Disconnecting

This has been an on going problem and I can't for the life of me figure out the problem. I use the wired naga hex mouse and will disconnect and reconnect multiple times an hour. I've tried all the YouTube videos and related article fixes and nothing works. Everything is up to date. Am I just needed to buy a new mouse at this point? This has been a very frustrating problem and know there are tons of articles out there with the same problem. Has anyone found a real solution or than ditch Razer?
