Razer Naga Pro stops move after for a while. Could you please fix the issue and this first day when I started to use the mouse after 15 min.

It works fine with cable connected. An issue is with a wireless dongle.

Hello there - Just to follow up on this, myself and a number of other naga pro owners are experiencing this exact same issue. It's so frustrating that the mouse fails so frequently whilst on the USB dongle. I've been advised that you have a beta firmware update, can this be released?

Hello there! Thanks for posting your concern here as well. Please send me your device's serial number via PM. I can't just post any firmware publicly because users download it even if their devices are fine or they are using a different device model which is risky and can potentially brick devices.
