Razer Naga Pro Button Issues(No button response)

OK so had a million issues with the razor naga pro since unboxing. My Razer black widow elite so far work just fine with synapse. So first it was a lighting issue now here is the new issue. On the naga pro i go to remap a button and save it to lets say red profile. I flip the mouse over and i see a white led with the profile switch button under it...i press it nothing happens. I open not pad and press the button and its not using the new keybind, its stuck on the default keybind and the switch button doesnt work. I also notice that when i press the sensitivity up and down buttons on the mouse they no longer work either. I have also went into settings to do reset on the mouse which is supposed to delete all profiles with it....my profiles AND keybinds are still there. So i deleted the drivers and did fresh driver install and did the fresh synapse install and update...when i come back IT STILL has my profiles and my keybinds...its stuck! I have never had this horrible of a experience with Razer, I would think i would have this much problems out of a mouse almost $200

Thanks for creating this thread. I hope that others can share their experience too. By the way, check if the issue happens while the Razer Synapse is disabled/closed or while logged in as a guest user. Let's continue our conversation via PM.
