I have been experiencing some issues with my Razer Naga Pro & Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL.
Ever since updating to Synapse 4 the RGB on my Razer Naga Pro no longer works for some reason. I have updated the FW to the latest, disabled Windows Dynamic Lighting and still continue to have issues. I had no issues at all with Synapse 3. Randomly the RGB will turn on after attempting to power off/ on or switching to BT to Hyperspeed but it is very erratic. Pretty annoying to say the least.
For the issue with my Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL, it is taking forever to charge to the point it is just ridiculous. I have had it on charge for 6 hours now, it was at 10-15% battery and is still only at 61%. Extremely frustrating since these products are so expensive but are just so problematic/ finnicky lately. Again for the keyboard I am running latest FW, have changed USB ports/ cables and everything.
At this point I really have no idea what else to do so any assistance/ support would be much appreciated. If any additional information is needed, please let me know.
