Like the title says, Razer Naga Pro doesn't work, I think I have tried everything. Bluetooth, wireless dongle doesn't work, not even wired works. The sensors works, it reacts to movements but the mouse doesn't. Windows showed that the mouse malfunctioned when I tried to see if it works wired. The mouse has the latest drivers installed. @Razer any help?

Hey,
Have you tried it on a different computer? Once connected, you can update its firmware. If that didn’t work then you can drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
