Razer Naga pro ISSUES

So, a few months back I bought the newer Razer Naga pro that has the three interchangeable sides. It's been great so far but recently the side buttons randomly stop working mid play. For example, I play a lot of World of Warcraft and some of the keys on the 12-button panel will just stop working until I turn the mouse off and back on! I absolutely love all my razor products and my mice have lasted me many years in the past so I'm really looking for some insight here.

    any troubleshooting you have tried? if none, try this, uninstall your NAGA Pro from device manager - and restart your pc

    I strongly suggest you try the steps here first for further isolation. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can forward this to our RMA Team for a replacement request. I will lock this treat to curb our conversation to PM.
