Razer Naga Pro - Lights not working | Razer Insider

Mouse is about 2 months old and lights were working until about 2 weeks ago, finally got round to looking into it and I cannot get anywhere.

The logo glows blue when switched to bluetooth but in normal use I cannot get any lights working.

It was synched in time with my keyboard but now nothing.

Everything is up to date and it is showing under devices on the Razer synapse.

Also shows as paired in pc settings.



Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried replicating the issue by connecting the device to a different USB port or computer? Also, try signing in as a guest user and check if the behavior persists.
