Razer Naga Pro MMO panel has wrong mapping,

The mapping for the 2,3,5,6,8,9, and 11 and 12 keys is off. it is almost like the bottom two rows are stacked on the top two rows. Top row 1 8 9, second row 4 11 12, third row 7 2 3, and fourth row 10  5 6. 

This is super weird. It is set correctly in synapse. I have cleaned the mouse and connectors. Both other plates work correctly. 

Any help would be appreciated.
