Razer Naga Pro not charging

Making this post again because when support reached out to me they've ghosted me for 2 days now. i just want my mouse to work and Caziel said its something to do with firmware and that they wanted me to PM them my serial number. Please someone help me, i just wanna use the mouse wirelessly like i bought it for. I bought a razer naga pro a few days ago cuz i wanted to try a wireless mouse for the first time. it came at 35% charge and i plugged it in and turned the wireless off to charge all night and all the next day while i was at work. i came home and it was still 35% and since then i used it wirelessly and its at 4% and has been at 4% for the past 2 days. is there something im doing wrong?
