Razer Naga Pro - Randomly stops moving or buttons don't work

Hello, I have a Razer Naga Pro, maybe a week old and the mouse starts to be really weird. It worked fine at the beginning, now it is very weird. It stops randomly moving for a second or two. Then when it works sometimes when pressing a macro button nothing happens. I have tested all the macros on a DeathAdder v2 Pro and it works 100% fine only the Naga Pro has some problems.

    Does it work fine without Synapse in the background? I highly suggest performing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following the steps on this page. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a PM. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
