Razer naga pro remap keys doesnt work

Hello, Got a new laptop and mouse, now i changed the buttons on side from 1-12 to F1-F12. But when i press them theye are still 1-12.. What am i doing rong? Whit my old PC and old Razer naga i didnt had this problem..

    Try to repair the Synapse application by following the steps here. If that didn't work, proceed by performing a clean re-installation by following this guide and making sure to update Synapse.
