Razer Naga Pro RZ01-0342 stops working after installing Synapse

Since the new year my razer naga pro has stopped working, but this issue seems to only be software related. I’ve tried multiple different things to remedy this and nothing seems to work.

Anytime I install synapse the mouse completely ceases to function. If I fully uninstall all razer software the mouse works as it did originally. Its beyond frustrating trying to pinpoint what is causing this. Also extremely disappointed that I can’t even open a support ticket without warranty. Pretty absurd practice to not offer any kind of support, especially since its rather obvious that this issue is software related and not the hardware itself.

Things I’ve tried

Reinstalling Synapse

Updating mouses firmware

Using the mouse on another device (works fine on my laptop)

Uninstalling the associated drivers

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Hey there, @MegaMinister

I understand that you are having issues with your Razer Naga Pro becoming completely non‑functional whenever Razer Synapse is installed.

To help me narrow this down further, could you please let me know which Synapse version you are currently using when the issue occurs?

Also, please send me a PM with your device’s serial number so I can check its details here in our system and assist you further. Thank you!
