Razer Naga Pro Scroll Wheel

So i’ve had this Naga Pro for 2 days. Yesterday it worked perfectly. Today i turned on my computer and the scroll wheel wasnt working. After 30 minutes reading forums it magically started working again, but my happiness was short lived. After 2-3 minutes it shut off again. I noticed that whenever it stops working, if you scroll the wheel you dont feel the bumps you normally feel when its working. And now im stuck in this cycle of “oh i can feel the bumps! its working!” -waits 2 minutes- “Oh sh*t it stopped again.” Is there something im accidentally clicking thats enabling and disabling the scroll wheel? Is this something that i can get a replacement mouse over? Please help, i was so excited about my new mouse ;-;
