Hey everyone,
I know this is a common problem but I’ll post it here again, I bought the Razer Naga pro mouse about a year ago, and everything was fine it worked perfectly up until 4 days ago when I came back fork my trip, I was way for a week and a half, I left my mouse laying on it dock as usual when I’m not using it, when I came back I started using it starry if laggin about every few sec and the mouse was flashing in green or whatever color it was set flashing constantly for like half a second again and again, Raz are synapse stops detecting it every time to, I tried very solution I could find in the forums/YouTube/ everywhere, and I can’t seem to fix it it only happen when my mouse is wireless, it works fine when it’s wired, but it’s much more comfortable to use everything wireless that’s like 50% of the reason I bought it

Give these steps a go and if that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate the model of your device and look for other workarounds to help you address the sensor issue of your mouse.
