Razer Naga Pro side button issues while being used wired.
The problem is when I am using the mouse wirelessly all the buttons work as they should. It's when I have to use it wired when I need to charge the battery all the side buttons stop working. When I switch back to wireless they function normally again.
I have tried switching USB ports, reinstalling Synapse, resetting the mouse through Synapse. Issue still persists.

Ell3mentzDoes the behavior happen while Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed? Did you try updating the device's firmware? If you haven't, please click this link.
