I will skip to the main part;
My razer naga pro (purchased on Nov2022) in the last months started to input multiple times on the side panel (12 button&6 button) when pressing any button while wireless, and when I connected the mouse into the USB, the problem stopped, and it was working normally. Thus, I didn't mind this issue however my main problem in which i can't crack this case is; last week more or less and particular the button NR 2 on both of the side panels (6&12) isn't registering the input, sometimes it works, but mostly it doesn't. The pins are clean, and the mouse feels in pristine condition after a year of usage. Is there any kind of hotfix on this issue, as I don't know how to proceed on that one.
