Hi Razer Support,
I have a Razer Naga Pro (Model RZ01-03420, Serial: PM2044H16403005) purchased on May 30, 2022.
Even after updating both the mouse and dongle to firmware 2.03.02_r1, it still randomly disconnects in 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed mode.
I’ve already:
- Used a USB 2.0 extender to avoid 3.x interference
- Disabled all USB power-saving settings in Windows
- Tested on another PC (ASUS ROG Strix G513QR)
- Tried without Synapse installed
- Confirmed the issue only happens in 2.4 GHz, not wired or Bluetooth
I’ve read that some early HyperSpeed units had dongle stability issues and that Razer sometimes provided replacement dongles as goodwill.
