Hi my Razer naga pro stopped working out of the blue. Completely all of a sudden. The wire is working fine but the mouse doesn’t seem to register.
there was a notification on my PC that said the USB malfunctioned. I deleted synapses, re-downloaded it, updated drivers but nothing.
I downloaded the updated firmware but the mouse didn’t register until i reset it to razerbootloader? And it started updating the firmware.
however the firmware update isn’t successful despite it going to 99%. I’m completely clueless on what else I can do besides trashing my beloved mouse.
