A couple of days ago I noticed two things.
Usually when I sat my mouse on the dock, it would use the “breathing” or “pulse” lighting effect to show that it was charging, making use of the green/yellow/red colors, but for a while now, the dock usually just completely turns off, and the mouse is stuck on green.
Second, the mouse is stuck at 100% battery, no idea why. It’s been like this at least for a couple of days, I just did an update on Synapse, but it didn’t solve anything.

Please also send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue you're currently experiencing.
