After charge my Naga Pro with the usb wire, then i start using it in wireless mode 2.4Ghz and my mouse start to disconnect or lost signal like every 1 second.
if i connect it with usb wire there is no problem or
if i connect it by bluetooth doesn´t lost the signal or disconnect but don´t do anytihng else
all thing i tried already:
Reset to factory from synapse
Update the firmware that razer gives in the support page
use the extension connector that comes with the mouse
use different usb ports of my pc
this start to happen after charge it like every other day with the usb cable included with the mouse
if someone know about this issue and what more can i do, i would appreciate a lot
i realy like this mouse and i bougth it by alliexpress from china,
so i don´t know if could collect the warranty of razer

You're experiencing the same symptoms as me. There's no solution to this. Because it's the same on the secondary computer in the other room.
