Razer Naga Pro top buttons stopped working

Noticed Synapse updated now the two buttons behind scroll do not work/respond on Razer Naga Pro.  I have factory reset tried different PC.

    I understand that the two buttons behind the scroll wheel on your Razer Naga Pro stopped responding after a Synapse update. To help narrow down the cause, could you please clarify the following:

    1. Are the two buttons completely unresponsive, or do they register intermittently?
    2. Have you checked whether the buttons still have functions assigned to them, or if their assignments were changed after the update?
    3. Have you tried running the mouse without Synapse installed to see if the buttons function with their default assignments?
    4. Are there any error messages or unusual behavior in Synapse when the mouse is connected?
