Razer Naga Pro - Typing itself when plugged in via a cable | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

Hello,

I tried reaching out to Razer support on the website but it keeps directing me to a FAQ page, so I’m hoping I can get an answer here. :’)

I have a Razer Naga Pro that I bought around a month ago and never had a problem. Today, when I realized my battery is low, I plugged it in and suddenly it started typing 1 repeatedly. My windows is up to date, razer synapse application is up to date as well. I actually uninstalled and installed again to make sure it is not a driver issue.

It works just fine when I am connected via 2.4, so I can’t tell what the issue is about.

When I reinstalled everything, and tried to go in pairing mode, my mouse didn’t go in pairing mode as well. I restarted my laptop and it started working just fine with the cable, mouse paired with Synapse as well.

However, just when I thought the problem was solved, it happens again, typing a lot of 5s this time. I switched to 2.4 connection and it is all fine except now I don’t see my mouse on Razer Synapse - I can’t check my profiles for macros. And I can’t go into pairing mode as well. My mouse is paired when I use the cable, but there’s the issue with typing itself…

I can’t seem to find a way around this, could you please help me?

I am not familiar with this mouse but sometimes the mouse needs to be turned off and on again as I  fined with my Razer wireless mouse.
