Razer Naga Pro V2 Firmware Problem!

When I close Razer Synapse, my RGB color settings become corrupted. Is there a way to fix this?

 

I opened the software title. but I figured it out. :D

Can you please let me know what did you do?
My colours go to default when I close the synapse and I cannot have synapse open when on wireless because for SOME REASON it changes the mapping of my buttons to default (it works fine when wired), despite having only one profile and I’m kinda hopeless now :(

When I close synapse, my rgb colors still return to default. I couldn't handle it either. I'm still waiting for an answer. But Razer is not very interested.
