My Naga Pro v2 scrolling wheel is defect and I have been searching everywhere how to contact technical support but can’t find anything. Can I get support?
When I scroll the wheel, it goes up and down and up and down and doesnt really care which side im scrolling, it’s going in every directions.

Hi there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
