Razer Naga Pro Wireless not working when unplugged

Razer Naga Pro Wireless not working when unplugged. As the title says as soon as I unplug the mouse it shuts off completely and does not respond until I plug the USB cord back in. Things I have already done: -Undated the firmware -Plugged it into a wall wart (it works with the wall wart, connecting to the computer via wireless) -Updated Synapse, Synapse indicates the mouse is at %100 charge, when I unplug the mouse it no longer sees the mouse. -Left it plugged in for at least 5 hours (the time indicated it takes to fully charge) Please help, I bought this specifically for the wireless feature, as I already have a Naga Trinity

    When did the issue start? Have you tried connecting it to a different computer and check if it behaves the same? Please send me the serial number of your Razer Naga Pro via PM so I can take a closer look of its issue and assist you accordingly. Let's continue from there.
