RAZER NAGA PRO WONT START

can someone help me i have a razer naga pro not even a year old and i was gaming with it but i took a break watched some anime but when i wanted to use my mouse again it was turned off wit the switch was on so i tryed to plug it in my pc to charge but it still doesnt turn on after 2 hours help

That's odd. Does your Windows computer detect the mouse and its driver in the device manager and Synapse 3.0 while plugged into your PC? Also, does the scroll wheel blink in red twice in repeated intervals? Try connecting and charging the mouse using its USB charging cable for four hours. Should the Razer Naga Pro show up in your list of devices, try updating its firmware if you haven't yet through this link.
