razer naga problem

Good morning everyone. I have a naga razer with twelve side buttons and I'm having problems. I have two profiles for the game on the mouse, one for world of warcraft and one for eden daoc. On the wow profile I have the keyboard key combination "shift+1, shift+2 etc" on the naga keys, metre for daoc I have the combination "alt+1, alt+2 etc". The problem occurs on wow, when I press the mouse button associated with a spell, instead of using the mouse button I use the keyboard spells 1-2 etc. and I don't understand the reason. I'll give an example: I have a spell called riptide, bound on the naga 1 key (shift+1), when I use it instead of using the naga spell it uses the number 1 spell of the keyboard. If instead I move it to the number 7 of the mouse (shift+7) here it works, this is because at the number 7 of the keyboard I don't have any bind and I don't use it as a key. Even the keyboard is a razer. I don't know if I was clear enough, and I apologize for my English. Thank you in advance
