Razer Naga Trinity 7 button wheel not working on xbox one

Hey all! I just got the Razer Naga Trinity for my xbox and the 7 button wheel is not working. The 2 button side panel works just fine. I also have a Mac so I haven't been able to use the Synapse 3 for key binding, but not use that would work. I'm using a 60% keyboard. I've tried assigning actions to the numbers 1-7 to the keys above the letters to see if the xbox would recognize the number wheel as those keys, but that did not work. Its like the xbox is not recognizing the buttons at all during the in-game key binding on CoD. Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?
