My Razer Naga Trinity is starting to cut in and out. No matter the side attachment I use my Right Click will cut in and out which can be very annoying when playing an FPS. I have also had my thumb attachments not recognize the configuration that is being used. For instance, I had the 2-thumb button attachment on, and my mouse was recognizing that I was pressing G, which isn’t even a key-bound button on my mouse. It is not out of warranty, and it seems this style is not even available anymore. I have tried cleaning contacts, blowing the mouse with compressed air, and swapping thumb buttons, but nothing seems to work.

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you uninstall your mouse drivers by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue.
