Razer naga Trinity - Buttons 1 to 12 do not light up when loading the profile

This is the fourth Razer mouse I have purchased and they have all had the same problem since synap2.0 and 3.0I don't know if there is anything related to the number of existing profiles.When I turn on the computer, all the lights light up brightly and vibrantly, on the sides of the logo and the scroll.After the computer turns on and the Razer charges, the side lights go out and the remaining lights become dim.I don't have the studio installed that changes the lights.This is the fourth mouse with the same problem, I'm past the point of installing and uninstalling the software and firmware.Has anyone ever had something similar?It's the fourth mouse I've bought and it's the same problem.
