Hi, today I received my Razer Naga trinity to replace my 2014 Naga, but with this new one the buttons 4 and 5 are not working as the old one.
They only increase and decrease mouse speed, with razer synapse 3 (on Imac) I try to make a new profile but:

1- I try to bind them to keyboard buttons, but when the software asks me to input the keyboard button i press them but nothing happens, it seems to not "see" the kb buttons.

2- I assign them to mouse functions, and I set them as mouse button 4 and 5, but the software doesn't seem to save this settings and they still increase/decrease speed. There is no "save" buttons on razer synapse.

I didn't press the "profile" button on the bottom of the mouse to not make more mistakes.
