I honestly can't believe this is Razer's official position???
The Naga Trinity was marketed as a premium gaming mouse. Yet now, years later, there are apparently:
- no downloadable drivers,
- no firmware recovery tool,
- no firmware updates,
- and the official response is essentially: "If it's not on the firmware list, there isn't any firmware available."
That is not an acceptable level of support for a premium peripheral.
My mouse has suddenly lost functionality (middle mouse button and side buttons), and instead of providing a way to reinstall or recover the device's firmware or drivers, the only option seems to be "reinstall Synapse" and hope for the best.
Every major hardware manufacturer should at LEAST provice standalone drivers.
Instead, owners of the Naga Trinity are left with a mouse that may still be perfectly functional electrically, but cannot be recovered because the necessary software simply doesn't exist anymore.
Because of what? Razer policy that just decided to make this mouse not work anymore? Is it just to sell new mice? My god this will end up on Louis Rossman I hope.
