Razer Naga Trinity Drivers Not Installed/Showing Up In Device Manager

so around 2 weeks ago, my mouse began having some problems with Razer Synapse 3, Synapse would open then it would get stuck on a blank dark themed page and after around 5 minutes a white page would show up and say something like "Razer Synapse 3 has no connection to the internet even though i was clearly connected because i was on NVIDIA GeForce Now streaming Fortnite. And i found that to fix said problem i needed to reinstall ALL of Razer's programs on my computer, this fixed my internet problem but one obstacle was still in my way, my Razer Naga Trinity mouse wasn't being recognized and/or showing up in Razer Synapse 3, so i tried Razer Synapse 2 but it wouldn't even open (It would launch but nothing would actually show up). I now have had this issue for around 2-3 days and haven't figured it out, fixing this issue would make me very grateful and I would appreciate any help that moves me forward in the process of fixing my problem.

Edit: I've checked the installed drivers on my laptop and apparently the "Razer Naga Trinity" drivers are not installed. I Now know that my mouse isn't broken because i've tried it on another computer and it said that they were installed. This may be a problem with my computer but i don't know yet, I am saying this because around 1-2 months ago, my Ducky One Two Mini Drivers were being identified as "Unknown Device" and the keyboard worked on my friends computer.

From the looks of it, the mouse isn't properly communicating with the computer at all. You'd want to uninstall the device drivers of the mouse in your main PC then have Windows Update download fresh ones.

Hey @_Crisis _! How is everything going? Don't hesitate to send me a PM if the problem persists even after getting signed drivers.
