I’ve had this Naga Trinity for a few years now, and it’s starting to give me issues. I’ve cleaned it, reinstalled Synapse, updated Windows, and done everything else I could based on the suggestions I’ve seen. All of my other number buttons work, but the 3 button keeps dropping inputs. It works about 50% of the time I press it now. It’s not physically getting stuck or anything, just not picking up the input.
Problem is, there seems to be no support at all for the Naga Trinity. No driver updates or even old drivers to reinstall, absolutely nothing. I’m guessing it was discontinued, but it’s weird that there’s no support at all for it now. So now I’m hoping that somebody here can shed some light on this issue. Is this a normal defect to occur after years of regular use? Is this fixable or is this mouse done for good now?
