After updating my Razer synapse to version 4 today, the keybinds on my razer naga trinity are not recognised, for example i have the 4 bound to shift on all profiles, but when i click it it actually just binds to 4, not shift, have reset the device to factory settings multiple times and restarted computer, but it still does not recognise any custom keybinds, it just sticks to the standard numbers 1-7
How can i fix this?
For context this is how i have it set up, none of the binds you see work, they are just the standard 1-7 keybinds.
I’m having the exact issue, going through support to try find a fix
Yeah I ended up just reverting to the old synapse and deleted the new one, surprised they're still having issues when they are going to force us to upgrade soon
