Razer Naga Trinity Macro/Synapse Issue

I’ve got a Razer Naga Trinity RZ01-02410100, I used to create macros all the time but now when I try to create one it doesnt save and an error comes up saying “Requires Razer Synapse.” I have Razer Synapse, though.
