Hi
My scroll wheel is not responding as expected, specifically the scroll up and scroll down. The use of a repeated scroll up and down is working though.
All the other keys are working as expected. This problem has only started occuring this week.
I have removed the device using device manager and reinstalled with no visible effect.
Can you please help me resolve the problem?

Hello, sorry to hear that the scroll wheel on your Razer Naga Trinity is acting up; this issue may have been caused by stuck dust or other debris. For now, I highly suggest that you use a can of compressed air under the affected button to dislodge dirt, dust, and other debris stuck under the switches or other parts of your Razer mouse. If nothing changes, send me a PM with the serial number to seek firmware updates that may fix this.
