I was using my naga trinity earlier this morning and it was operating fine, then the lighting stopped. I read a support article saying that I should uninstall and reinstall the driver software, but now that I've uninstalled it, I can't find how to reinstall it. Neither synapse 2.0 or 3.0 are recognizing the device and I can't contact support because it's out of warranty. The driver software also isn't online (as far as I know) as the site only provides the Naga pro driver, not the trinity.
Similar issue except the device stopped working out of nowhere after cold booting my pc
