Hi guys, 

A day ago my razer naga trinity mouse was working fine and now when I started up my computer the binds I have on it is not working, instead of presseing F5 for exampel it now pushing nr 5. I use the 1-7 side button and its dosent matter if I push 5 or 7 its only comming up numbers. 

I even tried to reset, delete and create a new profile but the issue is still remaining. Even tried to set back my windows without any resaults.

I tried to close down the synapse program and all hotkeys came alive again, BUT when I do that my razer tartarus is not working because it needs the synapse to work…. 

Is there someone who have had same problem with there devices? 

What should I do next? :/
