Razer Naga Trinity / side buttons and light stopped working

fix: did this three time: unplugged it, removed razer synapse (regular remove, not the reinstall option), reboot pc, download synapse, reboot pc, connect mouse

Few hours ago i got my new mouse, once i got it connected it downloaded the synapses app so that was suprising, anyway i spent like an hour configuring my keybinds (i use the 7 button one) I set them to the num buttons and as i was testing them out in wow I realized the lights are off (i have been away for a min) I pressed a side button and it didnt work, none of themtried restarting the pc, unplugging the mouse, reinstalling the appswhat should i do? we think it might be faulty, is there a way to fix it?

Have you followed the troubleshooting steps from this article? Have you tried using the mouse on a different computer to see if the issue persists?
