Razer Naga Trinity side buttons are on but not working on my PC but working on others !

All lights are on, but no action from side buttons! I tried the same mouse on another PC and it worked fine. so I don’t know what to do now, or what’s wrong on my PC setting . (didn’t change any setting , just didn’t use it for long time). I have updated all Razer apps.
