Razer Naga Trinity side mouse button gets stuck

HI, I have a problem specifically when playing Monster Hunter Rise, most likely because the game utilises the side buttons heavily. During the game I button mash Mouse Button 4 (side button for "forward) and it gets stuck. Not physically, but the command. When entering chat window it continually writes 999999... Now, unplugging and replugging the mouse fixes the problem until it comes back shortly after. I tried it with a different mouse and there is no problem, meaning its the mouse... or the software for the mouse. I tried shutting down Razer Central. It didn't help. Any ideas how to fix this?
