Razer Naga V2 dose not show up in synapse

Hey,

My Naga V2 stopped showing up in synapse randomly.

• I built a new computer
  • Downloaded synapse 3
    • Mouse was detected fine then,  next reboot  the mouse functions but synapse does not detect it.
    • Switching the mouse to Bluetooth mode Synapse detects it but i would prefer to use the dongle.

Things i have tried

1. Deleting razer naga drivers in device manager, and reboot
2. Repairing my razer synapse install
3. Changed battery
4. Uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse.
5. Multiple different USB ports.
6. Set Naga to Bluetooth
   1. Factory Reset mouse.

Not sure what else to try any help would be appreciated.
