razer naga v2 hypershift scroll wheel up and down issue

Hello i got a naga v2hs and after 4 days the scroll wheel has stop going up and down. i tried in another pc and everything was ok until i connected to my account. I thought ok maybe thats a bug. i deleted my old account and made a new one ( this one). wheel never worked…. i am frustrated and i need some help.

I understand that the scroll wheel on your Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed stopped scrolling up and down. To help me investigate further, could you please let me know the following information below:

1. When the mouse worked on the other PC, was Razer Synapse installed and logged in to your account? Please try to disable Razer Synapse and test the mouse if the issue persists. 
2. Does the issue persist across all connection modes (2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth) or only when using a specific connection method?
3. Have you tried cleaning the scroll wheel area using compressed air or carefully removing any dust or debris that may be affecting its operation?

Also, please send me a PM with the mouse's serial number and, if possible, a short video demonstrating the scroll wheel issue so I can further assist you. Thank you!
