I have a Razer Naga v2 Hyperspeed. As per other posts in this forum, the first profile is the onboard profile. However, this is not working correctly when Synapse is not running or when the mouse is used in another PC (e.g. work laptop) where Synapse is not installed.

I have multiple profiles in Synapse linked to different games and I have remapped the keys in these profiles. For example, button 9 is remapped to Enter in a profile linked to RDR2. And middle mouse is remapped to G in another profile linked to Metro Exodus. The first profile does not contain any remapping and is not linked to any program.

When I close Synapse or use the mouse in work laptop where Synapse is not installed, button 9 is still functioning as an Enter and middle mouse is G.

I have updated the firmware for the USB dongle and the mouse. I have reinstalled Synapse. I even deleted all the profiles in Synapse expect the first Default profile where there is no remapping. But somehow the mappings are saved onto the mouse and the buttons are working as though they are remapped.

Can anyone help me, please?
